I would like to take a minute and thank AF&F Carpentry / Contractor. We had a hot water tank literally split open and flood three rooms in my parents house. We filed a claim to get the process started. Then needed a contractor to make all the necessary repairs, from flooring to paint and trim boards and more. The crew of guys that Anders the owner sent were all very professional and knew what they were doing. I must also mention that I had called at least 3-5 other contractors in my area with none of them returning my call or even answering their phone. When I called AF&F this gentleman answered the phone right away. I thanked him for answering and went on to explain the situation and how we really needed help fast. My parents are in their 80's and retired military so with their health conditions and abilities to get around was concerning. But AF&F stepped up and said yes we will help you without hesitation and did so in a very reasonable time. Considering I had to work with the insurance company as well to get things rolling smoothly. I could write pages on how well and convenient the crew tried their best to make this unforseen experience the best as possible. The work was done efficiently and came out great. And while we had the repairs needed done my parents also needed a safer option for showering also a new front door that entered the kitchen of their home. So we decided to ask if that could be done also considering the nice work that was already being done. We just didn't want to set the crews back on other jobs considering how much help we were already getting to get my parents back in the home and as comfortable as possible. So I spoke with the owner and he said absolutely we will take care of you and for that I am grateful. I must say also once the job was completed communication was still just as good as when it started. The main focus of AF&F was that we were ?% happy and satisfied and if we had any questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. So from me my Mom and Dad and my brother we want to thank you all at AF&F contractors for taking care of us and doing such a great job. ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?

HONESTY PEOPLE QUALITY WORK** I just want to start by saying how very hard it is these days To find a trustworthy person and company. I called them to go check on work someone had done already. The person refused to return to my sister after taking her $ to fix the work he did wrong. The man took her money and not even one week Ltr the work on her stairs was already coming loose. AF &F went over to inspect the work for me and took a video of the issues. It was very dangerous the way the previous man had done the stairs. So then I sent the Video to the man. Imagine that Within 2-days the man did the entire job Over!! Thanks to AF&F who showed up THE SAME DAY IN LESS THAN 1/2hr to help my family. Thanks to them my family is safe to use the stairs. I made sure and AF&F that my sister got safe stairs. Thanks to their honesty and quick help. I would recommend you to anyone WONDERFUL HONEST COMPANY!! Sincerely a Happy Customer ?
